New construction
From bare lot to keys in hand.
Ground-up custom homes are our core trade — including the hillside and coastal lots that punish inexperience. Caissons, retaining structure, engineered drainage: the ground decides the build, and we plan for what it decides.
Built like the schedule matters. Because it does.
A new build lives or dies in sequencing: soils before structure, structure before envelope, envelope before finish. Our pre-construction phase locks that order — and the budget behind it — before ground breaks.
Self-performed trades keep the promise. Electrical, plumbing and roofing are our own crews under our own license, which is how the envelope details that decide a home's performance get built as drawn.
Every home is delivered to current California code — including the Chapter 7A fire-resistant assemblies required across most of the Westside hills — with energy systems planned into the structure from day one.

We evaluate parcels before purchase — what it will really cost to build there is knowable in advance.
