Farnsworth Builders is a family-run design-build firm. Architecture, permitting and construction move as one team — so what gets designed is what gets built, on the schedule that was promised.

Most custom homes are built by a committee that never meets — an architect, an engineer, a contractor and a dozen subs, each handed the last one's output. The gaps between them are where budgets and schedules go to die.
We close those gaps by owning them. Design development, consultant coordination, permit expediting and construction run under one roof, and we self-perform the trades that decide quality — our license carries general building, electrical, plumbing and roofing classifications.
Wes, Erin and Nicole Farnsworth run the company the way the best job sites run: personally. You will know your project manager's cell number, and they will answer it.
